Are you a meticulous, analytical and detail-oriented digital marketing professional? WILD is looking for UX/UI and Digital Project Manager to join their team and manage existing clients and bring on new accounts.

 

What you will be doing

  • Create, establish and implement Digital Marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a coherence of approach and workflow across the offices implicated: Hong Kong, Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg; to follow and execute these strategies.
  • Design, test and implement innovative online and offline User Experiences.
  • Design, test and implement strong user-centric Interfaces.
  • Create, plan and execute all types of web strategies, SEO/SEM, UX/UI designs, Influence marketing, Social Advertising.
  • Design, build and maintain Social Media and Display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, automate and measure A/B testing campaigns.
  • Measure and report performances of all Digital Marketing campaigns and assess goals (KPIs).
  • Provide project status Reports by collecting, merging, analyzing and summarizing data and trends for the clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong and close relationships with key-accounts clients.
  • Accomplish work requirements by orienting and following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements.
  • Establish collaborations with other agencies and external partners.
  • Update job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
  • Improve the company’s scope of work by accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spendings and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and implement them.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end visitors experience across the website and visitors touch points

 

Who you are

  • Proven working experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Advertising.
  • Proven working experience in User Experience & User Interface design.
  • Proven working experience in Graphic Design, Logo Design and Content Creation.
  • Experience in Website Design, Website Content Management, performance reporting and data tracking.
  • Ability to manage a project from A to Z.
  • Knowledge of the latest UX & UI best-practices.
  • Knowledge of User Experience designing tools (Adobe XD, Sketch…).
  • Knowledge of the main designing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign…).
  • Knowledge of the Website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of the Social Media marketing analytics tools (Facebook Ad Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager…).
  • Knowledge of the European market (preferably France, Switzerland and Luxembourg).
  • Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and French.
