In-charge of the overall operation of influencers/celebrity campaigns from setting campaign briefs to monitoring campaign results to preparing final reports to the clients.
Provide strategic social media advice and end-to-end solutions such as dealing with PR crisis, increasing followers, driving website traffic and conversion
Closely liaising and communicating with clients to make sure their needs are fully fulfilled

Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Knowledge or experience in statistics softwares for market research such as Stata, SPSS or R Data Studio.
Updates job knowledge by tracking technology and project management advances; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (KPIs)
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spendings and performance based on the insights
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies and implement them
Makes detailed reports for the client and manages community expectations with direct interactions with them;
Plans, executes, and measures A/B testing campaigns
Utilizes strong analytical ; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Measures and reports performance ability to evaluate end-to-end visitors experience across the website and visitors touch points
Collaborates with agencies and other partners
Proven working experience in digital marketing and content marketing, especially for content creation in Italian
Previous experience managing Press Relations and handling influencers partnerships. An experience as an influencer or a strong network of influencers in the European and US market is a plus.
Previous experience growing communities and handling social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram ;
Experience measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Skills in Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop, After Effect
Previous experience handling digital projects in the entertainment industry
Knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics)
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
Top notch written and oral communication in English
